Pawfolio Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Pawfolio

Pawfolio is a technological platform designed to assist pet owners in the comprehensive management of their pets' health, well-being, and daily activities. This application allows users to access medical records, schedule reminders for vaccinations, veterinary visits, and much more, making pet owners' lives easier and promoting responsible pet care.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By downloading, accessing, or using the Pawfolio mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our application or associated services.
1.2. Pawfolio reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately after the revised version is published. Your continued use of the application after such changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1. Pawfolio offers a variety of features designed to enhance pet care and management, including health tracking, appointment scheduling, and medication reminders.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
2.3. Pawfolio is not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by users or for the direct management of pets.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All intellectual property rights in the application, including text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and design are the exclusive property of Pawfolio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, selling, licensing, or exploiting any content without prior written consent from Pawfolio is not permitted.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

4.1. Pawfolio does not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that access to it will be continuous or uninterrupted.
4.2. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort (including negligence).

5. Termination

5.1. Pawfolio may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5.2. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2. The administrator agrees that any dispute arising out of the use of the platform or Jausme's services will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Bogotá.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified by reviewing the 'last updated' date in these terms.

9. Introduction of Payments

9.1. Pawfolio offers several services through paid subscriptions. Details about the specific costs of each plan are available in our pricing section in the application and on our website.
9.2. Pawfolio reserves the right to modify the prices of its services or introduce new charges at any time, subject to prior notice to our users. Such changes will take effect immediately after they are posted on our platform and communicated to active users.
9.3. Continued use of the application after any changes in fees will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the option to cancel your subscription before the new charges take effect.
9.4. Announced fee changes will not affect already paid subscriptions until the next billing cycle. All prepaid services will be honored under the conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.
9.5. Users will be responsible for all charges incurred on their account, including authorized use of the application that results in additional charges. Pawfolio will process payments through a secure third party and will not store credit card information on our servers.
9.6. If users decide not to accept the fee changes or new charges, they can cancel their account from the application settings before these changes take effect.
9.7. Pawfolio will not be liable to users or any third party for any fee changes, service cancellations, or changes in the services offered.
